Introduction to the Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you (the user) and Snapinsta, defining the rights and responsibilities of both parties when you access and use the Snapinsta.vn website and related tools.

Specifically, by continuing to use the service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of the terms below. If you do not agree with any term, please stop using the service immediately.

Definitions of terms used

The following terms are used consistently throughout these Terms of Service with the specific meanings defined below:

• "Snapinsta" or "we" - The online service operated at Snapinsta.vn and related domains.
• "User" or "you" - Any individual or organization that accesses or uses the Snapinsta service.
• "Service" - All Instagram content downloading tools and features provided by Snapinsta.
• "Content" - Videos, photos, Reels, Stories, and other media types on Instagram.
• "Instagram" - The social network platform owned by Meta Platforms.

Permitted scope of use

Snapinsta is provided for the legitimate uses listed below. Other uses not listed may still be permitted if they comply with the law and do not violate the rules in Section 5.

• Personal content archive - Re-download content that you yourself have posted to Instagram.
• Use of permitted content - Download content for which you have permission from the original author.
• Education and research - Use public content for academic research and study.
• Journalism and criticism - Fair-use of content for journalism, commentary, and critique.
• Offline access - View favorite content when an internet connection is unavailable.

Prohibited behaviors when using Snapinsta

The user commits NOT to use Snapinsta for any of the following purposes. Violations may result in denial of service and legal liability under applicable law.

• Copyright infringement - Downloading and using others' content for commercial purposes without permission.
• Unauthorized reposting - Reposting other people's videos or photos to other platforms and claiming them as your own.
• Harassment and threats - Using downloaded content to harass, threaten, or defame others.
• Identity impersonation - Using someone else's profile picture to create a fake account.
• Distributing harmful content - Using the service to distribute illegal content, child sexual abuse material, or violence.
• Technical attacks - Attempting to intrude on or damage Snapinsta's systems by any means.
• Automated abuse - Using bots or scripts to send bulk requests beyond permitted limits.
• Violation of Instagram's Terms - Using the service in a way that violates Instagram's Terms of Service.

Intellectual property and copyright

Snapinsta respects intellectual property rights and requires users to do the same. All content downloaded through Snapinsta remains the property of the original author who posted it to Instagram - not Snapinsta or the person downloading.

Specifically, downloading content to a personal device does not transfer ownership or commercial usage rights. Users are responsible for seeking permission from the original author before using content for any purpose beyond personal archiving.

If you discover that your content is being downloaded and used without authorization, please contact the violator directly or file a complaint with Snapinsta through the Contact page for assistance.

Relationship with Instagram and Meta Platforms

Snapinsta is an independent service - not affiliated with, partnered with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Instagram, Meta Platforms Inc., or any of their subsidiaries. All trademarks and logos for Instagram and Meta referenced here belong to their respective owners.

Users should be aware that using Snapinsta may not comply with Instagram's Terms of Service. Snapinsta recommends that users read and understand Instagram's Terms before using the service, and accept responsibility if Instagram takes action against their accounts.

Limitation of Snapinsta's liability

Snapinsta provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis with no guarantee that the service will run continuously, error-free, or meet every specific user need.

To the extent permitted by law, Snapinsta is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Technical incidents caused by third parties (Instagram API changes, network issues, device errors).
• Legal consequences if users employ the service contrary to these Terms.
• Third-party content downloaded by the user through the service.

Service changes and termination

Snapinsta reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any part of the service at any time, with or without prior notice, especially in cases of urgent maintenance, system upgrades, or legal obligation.

Snapinsta also reserves the right to deny service to any user who violates these Terms, uses the service for unlawful purposes, or negatively affects the system and the user community.

Copyright infringement notice (DMCA)

Snapinsta respects intellectual property rights and responds promptly to valid copyright infringement notices. If you are the copyright owner of content on Instagram and discover that it is being downloaded in a way that infringes your rights, please send a notice including the following information:

• Contact information - Your full name, address, email, and phone number.
• Description of the infringed content - Original Instagram link to the content you own.
• Proof of ownership - Evidence that you are the rightful owner or an authorized representative.
• Good-faith statement - Confirmation that the information is accurate and that you have the legal right to send the notice.
• Signature - Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner.

Send the notice via the Contact page. Snapinsta will process it within 48 working hours.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall first be settled by the parties through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement is reached within 30 days of the dispute arising, the matter shall be referred to the competent jurisdiction in Vietnam.

Effect and updates to the Terms

These Terms of Service take effect from the update date published at the top of this page and apply to every user who accesses Snapinsta after that date.

Snapinsta reserves the right to update the Terms over time. In case of significant changes, public notice will be posted on the homepage at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the update date constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If any provision in this document is declared invalid by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
